SUBJ: URGENT NATIONAL MEASURES ON NOVEL CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)
This has reference to the Grand Lodge of the Philippines Circular No. 34-MW Suan instructing all Grand Line Officers, DDGMs and other District Officers and Officers and Members of Subordinate Lodges to institute urgent protocols on COVID-19, and pursuant to the National Government’s Directive to control and contain the pandemic threat to our country, all York Rite Bodies and appendant Bodies including Allied Bodies within our jurisdiction are hereby notified and ORDERED from holding their Stated Convocations, Assemblies and Conclaves including but not limited to installations and fellowships or gatherings within the dates covering from March 16, 2020 through April 14, 2020.
However, during this aforesaid period, the Grand York Rite Office will be closed and will be open on a need only basis. Please call +632 84001042 or send an SMS to the Office of the Grand Secretary-Recorder at 0917-5333821 or the Grand Commandery Recorder at 0977-8337333 for any inquiries.
Due to its urgency, all Officers, Secretaries and Recorders of all York Rite Bodies, Appendant and Allied Bodies shall immediately cause the widest dissemination of this notice and inform all its Members and other parties concerned through the various modes and platforms of communication, including internet group chats and social media available at their disposal.
